Our Authorised HP laptop service center in Valasaravakkam has seen many cases it becomes hard to service. The customers knows how to open the cpu cabinets, they know what the hard disk is, what the cd drive is, what the board is, etc. And this makes them open the cpu cabinets and try to repair it if there is any problem. This is not good at all and it can cause more problems to the computers. Laptops are different but still the customers search on the internet on how to open the laptop and go on.
